The Marquis Jet Owner Service Team (Team 36) is available around the clock to assist each Card Owner with all aspects of flight and travel planning.

Team 36 is situated in the NetJets Flight Center in Columbus, Ohio, and is able to work directly with all of the necessary departments within NetJets to provide timely and accurate information and ensure a seamless travel experience. Each highly skilled professional in Owner Services pledges to make the safety, security, comfort and convenience of our Card Owners their top priority.

Key Terms

Aircraft Restrictions

An airport-specific condition by which certain kinds of aircraft are restricted from landing or taking off.

Tail Number

The unique identifier for a specific airplane — a number painted on the tail of the aircraft. "Tail" is the term often used to refer to the aircraft that performed a flight. For each U.S. registered aircraft, the tail number begins with, "N", e.g. N499QS.

Slot

A reservation to arrive or depart a specific airport at a specific time. Certain airports require Slots at all times while other airports require them on specific occasions or not at all, e.g. Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE) in Aspen, CO requires a lottery for Slots.

Peak Period Days

Days falling within a period when there is maximum demand for private aircraft and flight time. If you are planning to travel on these dates, you must provide Marquis Jet with a minimum of 120 hours notice to schedule your flight on NetJets.
