*Marquis Jet Card program flights are operated by NetJets Aviation under its 14 CFR Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate. Marquis Jet Card flight times are Marquis Jet estimates only based on four passengers on a Citation XLS/Excel flying at high speed cruise and include 0.2 hours for taxi time. Actual flight times may vary depending on aircraft type, cruise speed, routing, weather conditions and passenger load. Commercial flight times are estimated based upon scheduled commercial airline service and include flight time, stopovers where applicable, FAA requested arrival time of two hours pre-flight and 30 minutes post flight for baggage claim. Commercial flight times are based on the average flight time and available routes/schedules posted on www.travelocity.com.

Actual Flight Time

Actual Flight Time is the amount of time of a flight beginning when an aircraft's nose gear lifts off the ground and ending when its nose gear touches back down. In the Marquis Jet Card program, for each flight Card Owners are billed for Actual Flight Time plus an additional six minutes each (0.1 hours) for takeoff and landing.

Occupied Flight Time

Occupied flight time is the actual flight time when passengers are onboard plus an additional six minutes each (0.1 hours) for takeoff and landing. Waiting time, ground delays and standard aircraft positioning are not charged in the Marquis Jet Card program.

Taxi Time

The time spent in the aircraft while on the ground before takeoff and after landing. In the Marquis Jet Card program, this is charged at only six minutes each (0.1 hours) for takeoff and landing no matter how long the aircraft remains on the tarmac.

Leg

A single flight segment flown non-stop from a departure airport to an arrival airport. Marquis Jet Card program requires a 1-hour minimum for each Leg. Many other programs require as much as 2-hour minimums.
